How does a Reiko quote work?
You answer a 4-question briefing and the tech team gets in touch for a 30-minute assessment, where the problem and the scope become clear. After that you receive a written proposal, with scope, timeline and price. Briefing and assessment are free.
How long does it take to get the proposal?
The tech team replies to the briefing within 2 business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm). The delivery date of the proposal is agreed during the assessment, according to the size of the scope: the more defined the project arrives, the faster it goes out.
Do I need to have the scope ready?
No. If the project is still an idea on paper, the assessment exists precisely to define the scope together with you, before any proposal. If the scope is already closed, the conversation is shorter and the proposal comes out faster.
Do you serve clients outside Curitiba?
Yes. The office is at Rua Buenos Aires, 71, in Batel, Curitiba, and we serve all of Brazil remotely, with video meetings and stage by stage follow-up at a distance.
Does asking for a quote commit me to anything?
